• Outlast standard brushes by at least 2-to-1
• High tensile, heat-treated wire for excellent fatigue resistance and fast cutting capabilities
• Provide continuous cutting action, uniform surface contaminant removal and a smooth finish
• Quality is continuously checked during the manufacturing process; brush samples must remain 100% intact when tested at 120% of their rated operating speed
• Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
• Use bristle or nylon fill brushes for cleaning and polishing I.D. and O.D. surfaces, wet scrubbing, cleaning and fine abrasive finishing
