Chemical manufacturers and importers are required to obtain or develop a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) for each hazardous chemical that they produce or import. Employers are responsible for having an MSDS for each chemical that they use. An MSDS explains the hazards associated with a product, as well as what precautions to take to avoid those hazards.
MSDS files are supplied and maintained by Kent's Compliance Department. These files are the most current available.
