Usage Procedure
Surface must be free of rust, scale, paint, grease, etc. Using a neutral flame and No. 6 or higher torch tip, tin the surface by melting a small portion of the matrix and heating part to a dull red. The new flux coating on CRONAWEAR TUNGSTEN 75 will be a great aid for this tinning procedure. Once tinned, apply Cronawear Tungsten 75 by using continuous rotating movement of torch and filler. Avoid overheating the carbides. CRONABRAZE™ 30F may be used as a buildup prior to applying
Maximum Abrasion Resistance
30F Brazing Rod can be used as a base. F21 Flux is recommended.
