Wall Switch Lockout Devices are used to lockout wall-mounted switches. Designed to be easily installed without the need for additional installation hardware. Position the switch in either the “on” or “off” position and install lockout. Colored in a high visibility red color, making it easily identifiable.
• Designed to cover wall-mounted switches and locks switches in the “on" or “off" position
• Accommodates 1 padlock each, with shackles up to 3/8" diameter
• Uses existing screws for mounting
