Scanning Solutions

Our solutions save you time. Scalable and supported scanning technology is a component of our Optimized Inventory Management solutions. This gives you the control and flexibility to maintain your ideal inventory levels reducing paperwork and out-of-stocks.

Mobile Scanner

The mobile scan feature is available from your mobile device from quick order or shopping cart when visiting the website. To easily access and use the scanner to add items to your shopping list, there are just 5 steps:

  1. Click the scanning icon from the shopping cart or Quick Order to open the scanner. Be sure to allow your phone to use the scanning feature
  2. Tap the red button when you are ready to activate a scan
  3. Scan any product barcodes on backplates, or drawers. Items are automatically added to cart when successfully scanned
  4. Once items are scanned, you can adjust quantities, remove items or click red button to scan another item
  5. Click "Back to Shopping Cart" to complete your online purchase or modify cart

Physical Scanner

For those with hand-held scanners, you can continue to scan and upload your items using the quick order upload feature if using Windows® 7 or above. To scan your items, follow the steps below.

  1. Connect the scanner to your PC
  2. Go to "Upload from Scanner" on Quick Order
  3. Browse, select and upload the “BARCODES.TXT” file
  4. Once loaded, review or modify quantities then click Add to Cart
