Gates Multi Master™ GMV™ MegaFlex™ hose delivers superior performance and ultimate flexibility. One hose engineered for four industrial applications: fuel, hydraulic return, coolant and water, recommended for suction and discharge applications where excellent flexibility is required and applications requiring maximum resistance to air, water, petroleum, and lubricating oils.
• Applications requiring excellent flexibility and maximum resistance to air, water, coolant, petroleum lubricating oils, and refined fuels. Ideal for hydraulic return and suction lines, transferring refined fuels or other petroleum products, and coolant lines
• For use with GL Couplings [G43 Series], GlobalSpiral™ Plus Couplings [G22 Series] and MegaCrimp™ Couplings [G25 Series]
• Easy installation with 1:1 bend radius which saves time and is kink-free
• Industry-leading flexibility solves complex routings through tight spaces using less hose
• Uses a helical spiral-wire to prevent hose collapse under suction
• Meets SAE 100R4, J30R5, and J20R5 (except tube dimensions)
• Recommended couplings: GL (all sizes), G (3/4", 1" and 1-1/4"), GSP (1-1/2" and 2")
• Meets Flame Resistance Acceptance Designation MSHA 2G
• Sizes range from 3/4" to 6" and working pressures 150 to 350psi
• Industry-leading flexibility solves complex routings through tight spaces using less hose
• Light weight and ergonomic for easy handling with lower risk of strain
• ARPM Class A Tube provides maximum oil resistance
