Tank truck, barge, ship, or storage tank transfer of a variety of food products such as animal fat, vegetable oil and other edible oils at temperatures up to +230°F requiring FDA sanitary hose. Also suitable for ice cream and other dairy products requiring 3A–Class 3 standards.
• Special white FDA food grade nitrile tube and cover compound capable of maintaining a very high degree of flexibility in both low and high temperature extreme applications (-40°F to 230°F continuous service)
• Lightweight and much more flexible and easier to handle than other food hose on the market
• Tube meets FDA requirements, 3A–Class 3 and USDA. Phthalate free
• Monofilament helix is crush and kink-resistant; built on polished stainless-steel mandrels to prevent rust
• Excellent resistance to oil-based media
• Meets Sanitary FDA and 3A-Class 3 requirements
