• Low Hydrogen Coating – Superior crack resistance
• Torch Cuttable – No arc gouging necessary
• Work hardens for toughness
• All-position control
• Excellent for multipass buildups
• Tensile Strength: 127,000 PSI/875 MPa
• Hardness:
– As deposited: 90 Rb
– Work Hardened: 48 Rc
• Yield Strength: 65,000 PSI/447 MPa
• Elongation: 50%
• Impact Strength (Charpy): 65 ft.-lbs. @ 0°F/-18°C
• Machinability: Good (carbide tools recommended)
• Max Number of Passes: Unlimited
• Current: DCEP (DC+) or AC
