• Translucent insulation for foolproof crimping; crack- and chemical-resistance
Visa Crimp™
• Same as the ring tongue with the added benefit of accepting multiple stud sizes – stock one terminal for three different stud sizes
• Manufactured from high-grade copper for the highest conductivity
• Annealed to flow freely under crimping pressure for best connection
• Electro-tin-plated for greatest corrosion resistance
• Meets MIL-T-10727 Specifications
• Maximum voltage rating: 600V at 221°F (105°C); 1,000V in signs, fixtures and luminaries
• Amperage ratings: 26–24 Ga. 3A; 22–18 Ga. 7A; 16–14 Ga. 15A; 12–10 Ga. 30A
• Operating temperature: –40°F to +221°F (–40°C to +105°C)
For extreme duty
• Reduce inventory – stock one terminal for three different stud sizes
• Usable with solid and stranded wire
• V-groove serrations act as a lock washer to hold the terminal in place and to resist vibration and connection failure
• Electrolytic copper composition (Federal Specification QQC576) provides high conductivity and allows connections to run cooler
• Visa Crimp™ insulation will not support combustion
