These carbide hammer drill bits have tough tungsten carbide tips that are brazed into place for durability and long ife. The tungsten will stay sharper longer for more drilling from each bit. The special asymmetrical spiral and undercut fluting is designed to clear debris quickly without raising a dust cloud. The bits have steel bodies that are annealed to increase flexibility and reduce brittleness. They are shot peened to tension the surface and protect against twisting and torquing. They fit all rotary hammers with SDS Plus chucks. Use SDS Plus Quick Change Adapters to adapt SDS Plus bits to Spline or SDS Max chucks.
