Dual-guide sleeve tabs ensure smooth collar action during connection and disconnection. “Push-Twist and Click” connection provides a positive lock when connected. Pneumatically-energized seal provides an airtight seal at all working pressures. Available safety-lock ring protects against accidental disconnection while coupling is in operation. Used for air hammers and large-bore air tools. Used in underground boring, power utilities and equipment rentals.
• OSHA Standard 29CFR, 926.302(b)(1) requires that pneumatic tools be secured to the hose or whip by positive means to prevent accidental disconnection – see Accessories
