A positive drive, positive setting, impact-expansion type concrete anchor for use in all masonry materials
The only installation tools needed are a drill to bore the hole and a hammer to set the anchor
The anchor body is carbon steel, and the drive pin is hardened steel
Can be inspected visually after set
High pull-out and shear strength
Plated with zinc and dichromate

Applications: Outlet boxes, stadium seats, steel and wood plates, machine anchoring, water and gas meters, mailboxes, cash machines, conveyor belt mounts, bracing, shelving, hand and guard rails, grain and storage bins, light fixtures, steel buildings
1. Drill hole of sufficient depth using same diameter DFS bit as anchor being installed.
2. Turn nut on anchor as required. May be flush with top, or continue turning to provide stud finish.
3. With nut, washer and drive pin in place, insert anchor into hole.
4. Using the proper size hammer, set pin with several sharp, square strikes on head of pin until pin is flush with top of anchor. Anchor is now properly set. No need to torque nut.
