Lawson’s Twist-On Flexi-Finish flexible surface conditioning discs fill the void where grinding and stock removal leave off and finishing and blending start. The flexible “bottle-cap” shape adapts easily to the contour of any part being finished. Excellent for cleaning, deburring, blending and finishing. Color-coded for easy grit identification.
• Pre-formed 90° shape prevents damaging, gouging or changing the work surface
• Reaches into corners and radii of intricate shapes
• Flexible construction eliminates added finishing steps and the need to use hand and non-rotating products
• Provides a consistent finish on both flat and irregular surfaces
Applications
• Easy blending of irregular shapes, corners and inside radii
• Blending mill and tool marks on machined aluminum
• Removing micro burrs caused by coated abrasives
• Reducing surface roughness for paint preparation
