• Hook and Loop design makes changing paper quick and easy
• Reusable, regardless of the number of times the disc is removed from the sander, it can be reapplied with the same holding power time after time
• Turns your PSA back-up pad into a Hook and Loop back-up pad
• Conversion discs have a pressure-sensitive backing; simply peel off the backing of the conversion disc and stick it on your PSA back-up pad
