Tamper is a ready-to-use, pre-mixed black bituminous asphalt patching and resurfacing compound. This all-weather patch and paving material fills potholes and large cracks in wet and dry concrete or blacktop. Tamper bonds under water and can be applied in all weather conditions including sub-zero temperatures, intense summer heat, rain and snow.
