Fix work materials fast with Wear-Flex Quick Mix. Wear-Flex is a self-mixing urethane repair compound that forms a flexible bond on a variety of materials. It’s designed for applications that involve vibration or expansion/contraction movement. Use on rubber, ABS, concrete, urethane, steel, wood, ceramics, glass, nylon, composites and masonry for a flexible bond that withstands chemicals, grease, oil, and water. Ideal for repairing damaged forklifts and off-road tires and repairing cracks and joints in concrete. NOTE: When used on rubber, Wear-Flex Rubber Primer (EG57574000) is required for proper adhesion. Not recommended for highway tire repair.
• Remains flexible at low temperatures, Temperature Range: -40°F to 250°F (-40°C to 121°C)
• Automatic one-step mixing, and dispensing provides an easy-to-use system with very little waste
• Tensile Strength: 1,300 PSI
• Working time: 1 - 2 minutes
• Functional cure: 4 hours
• Ideal for repairing damaged forklift and off-road tires and repairing cracks and joints in concrete
Intended application is 1/4" wide, 1/4" thick. Max length of 24-1/3'
