• Unique manufacturing process neatly arranges wire so each tuft contains the same count
• Stainless steel brushes are used where contamination or rust is a problem, for example, brushing aluminum or stainless steel parts
• Wire springs back and is consistently crimped and cut to precise length
• Filaments are securely held in place with a solid steel retaining ring
• Use for roughening for adhesion, surface preparation prior to plating or painting, edge blending, cleaning off rust, scale and dirt, finishing for appearance and deburring
