Wearplates for maintenance. Plates are smaller wearplates designed for use by the maintenance welder. They can be torch cut to any dimension and are small enough to fit around most contoured surfaces.
• Economical – Cost less and last longer and can be applied up to 15 times faster than conventional hardfacing
• Wear Resistant – Through hardened to 62Rc and will outlast conventional hardfacing by up to ten times
• Less Distortion – Much less welding required for application
• 1/4" and 3/8" plates designed to resist moderate impact
